Montaña Redonda + El Limón + Quad 4x4
Adventure, unspoiled beaches and nature in one day is what awaits you on this excursion to Costa Esmeralda and Montaña Redonda. In addition to visiting these places, we will take a quad tour along El Limón beach.
Itinerary
At the indicated time we will pick you up at your hotel in Punta Cana and we will go by minibus to Costa Esmeralda beach. The journey by road will take us about an hour.
Once we have arrived at Costa Esmeralda, we will leave you two hours of free time so that you can sunbathe, take a dip and walk along its fine white sand. This virgin beach with crystal-clear waters is a true jewel of nature, full of reefs and surrounded by countless coconut trees. It will win you over!
The next stop will be at Montaña Redonda, where we will arrive by 4x4. This hill, which is almost 300 metres high, offers incredible panoramic views of the bay of Samaná, the Atlantic and the rice plantations of the Dominican Republic.
You can take really original photos from the swings of Montaña Redonda before eating in a typical restaurant in the area. The menu will consist of a typical Dominican dish and a drink.
With renewed energy, we will descend Montaña Redonda and go to a ranch on El Limón beach. Are you up for adventure? Before starting an exciting quad tour, we will review the basic safety rules together and explain how to drive these powerful vehicles. You will see that they are very easy to handle!
For approximately three hours, we will cross beautiful landscapes of deserted beaches and sand dunes, accelerating and decelerating the quads. We will have a great time and release large doses of adrenaline.
Finally, we will change the quads for the minibus and, after 10 hours of excursion, we will leave you back at your hotel.
The minimum age to drive the quads is 16 years old. On the other hand, children between 5 and 15 years old can travel in these vehicles accompanied by an adult.
This activity is not permitted for pregnant women.
For hygiene reasons, the snorkel is not included, only the masks. It is important that you bring your own snorkel on the day of the activity.
Pick-up
This activity includes pick-up at hotels in Punta Cana or La Romana. If you are staying in Casa de Campo or Bahia Principe La Romana, on the day of the tour you will have to pay an additional fee of US$ 70 per person.
